I have been dealing with him for 10 weeks now trying to get proper documentation of an old account I have. They will not release my transcripts until it has been paid but will not give me documentation as to what I even owe. He has been zero help, lied to me on several occasions and told me he would call back, email me the documentation when I send my ID. Blah blah blah. He hasn’t done one thing he... said he would. I was told 10x I would be called back over 5 weeks I finally refused and said I’d wait on hold. After 2 hours and 12 minutes I finally got to speak with the famous Stephen where he promised to send my documents over immediately. Now 4 weeks later I’m still waiting on those documents. He avoids phone calls, doesn’t return emails for weeks on end and definitely does not follow through with what he says he will do. Do not waste your time with him, seriously. I was thinking about calling once more today for a final plea for him to help but there is absolutely no point.Worked with Andrea Lane twice so far and I would never want to work with another realtor. She's extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you find what you're looking for or to sell your house. 11/10Great class and great teacher! They want to come back!Positive: Close to the highway out to Yosemite. Beds very comfortable., Negative: The outside of the property was very rundown. Renos happening and the room stunk of smoke.Visiting from Colorado and stopped by for breakfast before heading home. Quite honestly the best huevos rancheros that I have ever had! Would recommend to anyone that will listen! Friendly service and the food came out fast and piping hot.Positive: Rooftop bar, nice breakfast included, Negative: About a mile from Fishermans wharf, not a deal breaker for me. As we had no problem walking that distance and enjoying the areaPositive: Beautiful facility, room and grounds., Negative:I was surprised how much better my feet feel when I feed 5 horses and then go on a 2 mile walk! Robin did a great job and really knows the business????
Positive: The bed was soft but not enough to make me spend another dime there., Negative: It started raining and the windows are not sealed so the water came pouring in over the a/c (dangerous) and on to the floor, soaking ALL of our clean clothes we had in our luggage for vacation.Server was great most of the meals were very good in our party of 6 . One person ordered a margarita she got a tall glass with something orange flavored in it . The server took it back and came back with the same thing and said that is what they call a margarita at BJs. Stick to the beers.Love the small atmosphere and how pastor Edgar preaches.Positive: The room was very nice as was the hotel. The staff was courteous and attentive. Excellent restaurant., Negative: It is right next to the freeway. You cannot hear it from room but if you’re by the pool you can. This can be a positive as it is an easy in and out when you head out to explore different areas of Paso Robles. Small pool but nice.Jackson feels very relaxed and comfortable with everyone there. They took care of everything. Emily, our bus leader, made sure we were good during the entire day at the track, offering us excellent tips on how to see more of the track. (ADA cart drivers at Talladega are awesome!). Just a fantastic bucket-list trip for my Dad and me. The RaceAway team gets a 12 out of 10 rating for their excellent work.Lots of interesting historical displays.I feel very grateful for valuable and helpful high-quality videos with subtitles. Not only did she book us last minute, when I completely forgot to schedule newborn portraits. She was so understanding when we had to postpone the night before our session due to my son being hospitalized. When photo day came, the studio was easy to find and super cute inside. Johanna worked with our son for many different poses and made us feel at ease. She is an expert swaddler! The pictures were so wonderful I had such a hard time deciding which ones we wanted to keep! I would highly highly recommend Studio Freyja for newborn photos and we will be coming back for a one year cake smash!Wonderful place to be. Used to be a great place but no longer. Dog is 65 lb lab, 11 yrs old with no water in her bowl and totally dehydrated when we picked her up. She was only there one night and we are thankful for that. She drank 3 bottles of water in the car. They lost her leash, her blanket and her two toys. Vet won’t take calls on boarding issues, and he own the joint... and Mgr Samantha won’t be in until 10:30. She wouldn’t talk to us on Sunday as we waited an ...hour while the attendant pretended to look for dogs stuff. I will report this place to Animal Services and the Vet to So Cal Veterinary Services. Other friends not going there anymore because of mistreatment also.I recently took my horse Coyote to Dr. Kylee on a late Saturday afternoon - after hours. Not only did she promptly respond to my after hour inquiry, and get me in, she was able to x-ray, diagnose, and provide medication on the spot. Extremely professional, efficient and courteous. She’s got my horses business for life ❤️

Dr. Alquiros will take good care of you as well.I am so happy that we made the choice to have our sons attend NSHS. We debated whether to take him out of his performing arts high school to attend NSHS and I'm so glad we made that choice. Dante received a perfect ACT score and continues to excel in all his classes and enjoys attending college at the same time.This precinct is a damn joke the cops are not on parents side with children who are out of control I was told I would go to jail because my daughter was out of control and I told her she had to go to friends house for night!!! My best formation decision in NYC!The worst place to order chicken from. Last night around 8:45pm I ordered a 20 piece chicken strip family meal for my family, I pulled up to the drive thru window and I was told my order was being made fresh and I had to wait 10 minutes, I said ok. My order came out nice and hot, when I got home the chicken strip pieces they gave me fresh was only 4 and 16 pieces old and stayle. Tried calling them and no answer, so I tried calling back the next day and no answer, I still have the meal untouched and want to return it for a full refund. I didn't pay close to $40.00 dollars for a messed up meal. This church's chicken is the worst of all. Becareful of what you order through the drive thru.Love this place! Anytime we're in the South Bay, we try to stop by. Our personal favorite is the pad thai, crab fried rice, and deep fried garlic shrimp (shell on). Just drooling thinking about this. One of the best Thai restaurant hands down in the Bay Area!I should start by stating that the only reason for the 2 stars is because the dr. That I saw in the ER was terrible. No bedside manner whatsoever. The nurse was fantastic, the ultrasound tech was great, the dr did not even measure up to the rest of the people I saw. I was diagnosed with DVT, he came in and said so yeah you have a blood clot, like it’s no big deal. And just walked out of the room. He then came back and told me what meds I’d take and just started to leave again, I tried to ask questions but he walked out, nurse came back with my meds and discharge instructions and sent me on my way. I really felt like the dr just wanted me out as soon as possible and told me absolutely nothing about my condition.Great place! Friendly, accommodating, and not to mention great food from both Subway and Majestic! Breakfast burritos best by far!Loved this gem when we visited Pasadena last year! We picked up a few comics for our kids and they had a great variety for all price points. The owner was so friendly too! Kind of made me love California, as if the ocean, great food, and beautiful atmosphere were not enough.Ordered two of their new shrimp and chicken strip meals today. Though there was no line, it took 10 minutes for the cashier to even come to the drive thru window. She was polite. Repeated back our order and we paid. We received our food. It was hot and all the items were accurate. When we got home and sat down to eat, the chicken strips were not cooked! They were almost raw in the middle! The biscuits were burnt as well. So based on that, though the customer service was good, we just won't be going back to waste anymore money.I like this place in general. My favorite is paradise point smoothie, but be aware that they do add sugar, so you need to specifically tell them not to if you do not want it. I also like their thai chicken wrap. Sometimes no matter how you order your food they will give it to you the way they know. It has such a great potential, but in my opinion not reaching that. Also there has been a high turn around rate among employees.My company has standing orders with Zaro's for platters of bagels once a month. And probably 70% of the time they're stale. Why they continue catering from Zaro's I'll never know. There's the old adage about fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. And then there's this. They do have a good variety, in the usual flavors like everything, poppy seed, egg, pumpernickel, blueberry etc. When they aren't stale, I quite like the cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese or whipped butter. But they're usually stale. Out of sheer convenience, I've also gotten breads here, including their French loaves and Seeded Rye sliced bread. Everything has a shelf life of 1 day. Stale by the evening or definitely the next morning. Only their almond croissant has been good, and for a space full of baked items, that's a sad batting average.Husband and I stopped in for lunch today. Atmosphere was cool and the food was great. He started with a cup of chili and we split the pub pretzels (I loved the mustard). He got the burger of the week, which had shaved prime rib, lettuce, tomato, onion rings and A1 bbq sauce -- he had to take a few of the rings off to be able to fit it in his mouth lol. I had the shepherd's pie, very hearty and loved the chunks of mushrooms and carrots. Will definitely be coming back for a second try.

You can still hold a decent conversation without having to scream! We tried the mole rojo and the shrimp cocktail. The mole is really good, comes with a side of tortillas and has the right amount of spice. The shrimp cocktail is a little on the smaller side (I ordered the small one) so if you're really hungry get the larger size. Overall great experience! Will definitely be returning. Super authentic Mexican food! Worth the wait!Purple wine bar in Café has been one of our go to restaurants since we moved to the Seattle area 12 years ago. We originally found Purple at the location in Kirkland which has since been removed due to the construction of a new set of large buildings. My understanding is that they will return there when the buildings are done. We have eaten at all of their locations in the Seattle area including Woodinville, Bellevue and downtown Seattle. The food is always excellent as is the service and the wine selection is of course amazing. The menu will bury season by season and it's also different slightly at each location. But of course there are still staples that stick no matter what time of the year it is. Each location has its own flair and feel and are pretty unique while maintaining the same characteristics you come to expect at Purple. We have some more consistent favorites which include the chop salad the BLTA and their steak pork and chicken dishes for dinner. The mashed potatoes are always excellent as are the fries in the sea salt caramels for dessert or fantastic!Love this office! Dr. Montecillo is great and the staff are all really friendly

I enjoy listening to Pastor Steve and the people are so warm and inviting also.Our instructor, Matt, took my 11 year old grandson, who had a passion for fishing, and hooked him on fly fishing. He had a lot of patience with him and taught him the fundamentals of fly fishing, from casting to catching fish. Then took him to a "good spot" to fish. My grandson caught trout that we cooked for dinner that evening. I would recommend Yellowstone Fly Fishing School to anyone who wants to learn the proper techniques of fly fishing as well as to the experienced fisherman. They made our trip a memory of a lifetime!Best towing company in San Diego.Floyd is an honest dude!Horrible. I took my dog there to be put down yesterday. I walked in ready to let go. The older women vet came in looked the dog over and explaind that I am simply just a young person and it wasn't my dogs time. She continued with I'm young and I just don't understand what my dog is going through, basicly telling me because I'm young I'm stupid. So after twisting the guilt knife in me, I took her "advise" and got some medication for my dog. I was somewhat conviced that maybe I was stupid, and she was right he would be fine. He died today in my home not even 24 hours later after leaving the vet leaving me torn. Thanks for taking my $200 dollars Brentwood Animal Hospital and leaving me with this mess, and useless meds.This mornings Sunday school was a great start to a new bible study, "Pneumatology Understanding and Living by the Holy Spirit.Totally surprised at this gas station A&W..me and the kid were camping in the area but looking to eat out frugally one night..when on the way back to Sisters spotted this place..and i needed gas anyway. Very basic 1/2 of the gas station convienience store maybe 6 benches inside. Two teenange girls working Ordered the chicken strip meal and the chilli chese dog ..also some A&W rootbeer. Everything came out fast and lord help me..the chicken strips were the best i ever had. So good i tipped ..first tme ever in a fast food place. Very clean..girls were very nice..great chicken strips..will be backThis is a great church and very loving people. We always enjoy going.Hey!! A different kind of museum. I met with Dr. Huynh for all my surgical consultations. I really like her!! She's very personable, and is familiar with current procedures and how it'll affect my lifestyle. Theresa was my surgical tech. She kne...w I was nervous about the process and offered a teddy bear for me to hug and held a conversation with me while I was on the bed waiting for surgery to start. My surgery was performed by Dr. Pham. He was super great throughout the surgery. He talked me through everything that would happen before and during the procedure. I was so surprised that he even called that night (10pm!!) to check in on me even though I came today to follow up. I couldn't have asked for a better a better team to trust my eyes with. :)Great experience! The message was truly God sent and the people there are truly invested in their members. It's like a home away from home. God is only going to do bigger and better things in this church!Alex Osborn will assist anyone at anytime, I hit black ice and was in an accident out of state, I was terrified and she smoothly handled every detail and made me feel at ease. The key to good Pho is the quality of the broth before you add any condiments to it-not the case here-was bland and oily. The Cha gio, pork egg rolls lacked enough pork to taste substantial. The crispy honey pork was unflavorful. Attentive service but took a long time to get our dinner. I'm glad Nampa has a Vietnamese option and may be enough when there's a craving. Having lived in California does make me picky though...Wonderful welcoming congregation and Pastor Kriss really brings the bible to life!I walked out my front door today to get my son off the bus and there were police officers all parked in the driveway I was like a deer in headlights I knew it couldn't be good because I had heard some pretty bad fighting going on just before they got there it was pretty scary I was completely surprised because this never happens I was just concerned about my kids coming home to that so I got my son off the bus and then walked to the school to pick up my two older kids hoping ...that when we did get home that they would be done and all was normal so my kids would never wonder what was wrong but they were still there so I just reassured my kids that everything was fine to just go into the house so they can have there privacy to deal with everything they were there to help so when we walked by I was so greatful for these police officers because they were so nice and welcoming to my kids and talked to my son he was super talkative lol they distracted my kids from what was going on and took all the stress off so I just wanted to say thank you so very much for that it really was such a small act of kindness but it made a huge impact and I'm very grateful and appriciative for such kind police officers in our area
.....I went there for a friends funeral, even though my friends were in tears the pastor and its parish were very supporting of the needs to the families in need! A little bit about the church it self and like most churches they have banquet halls and services for families! There was comfortable seating, entertainment center, and based on my friends that go there they love it and think very highly of their place of worship! I myself would consider attending their services and have given it fives stars! The services and scriptures are the same as my Faith and the acceptance of even a Individual Single Self like Me is accepted!!.....Thank you to the awesome ladies at this UPS store for helping me with a small print job that Fedex wouldn't do. I needed 8 party invitations printed for my daughters upcoming birthday party and Fedex refused my service because my file had a Lion King design on it. Said it was a FedEx Policy, not a Disney policy. I had purchased a custom design from Etsy (which designers sell millions of custom Disney invitation files all over the world). The custom design did not have a Dis...ney logo, simply a photo of Lion King characters with my daughters picture and party details. The ladies at UPS helped me load up my file, get it sized, printed it on card stock, and cut the invites for a fraction of the cost at FedEx. While cost wasn't an issue, it was the personal service that mattered to me. The manager on staff at UPS said you aren't printing these for resale, they are party invitations, so there should be no infringement case. Maybe their store was just not knowledgable. Regardless I will be coming back in the future for all my invitation needs! And thanks for the free pink pens! My daughters will love them! ❤️I am lucky to have had Dr. Reiller taking care of my fur babies for the past 15 years at Orchard Park & will continue to see him in Derby. There is no one I trust more with my dogs than him. The spirit of the lord is always there. You enter into the doors spiritually empty and you definitely will leave spiritually full.I love the warmth of everyone in the congregation. The choir especially welcomed me back after a long absence. It was so wonderful and caring for the choir members to take time out of their day to sing at my mother's recent funeral at Madonna Towers. The staff are exceptional, especially Pastor Heining and April Beckman. I feel so happy that I have returned to sing in the choir.#45 Rikyu is a great little spot in Rockridge that I just discovered. I was out shopping with a friend yesterday and we were a little hungry, wanting to eat, but nothing too heavy. As we walked down the street we saw a little Japanese place and both agreed this was our lunch spot. Sarah ran in to see if we were too late for lunch, as many places close a few hours between lunch and dinner, and I ran to put money in the meter. When I came back in I saw Sarah sitting at the sushi bar top so I walked over to join her. We started with a tiny hot pot of sake (it is daytime you know). Then we decided on our tasties. The sushi chef took our order: bento box hamachi spicy tuna miso soup ginger salad eggplant tempura seaweed salad chicken teriyaki rice Everything was really fresh. The soup was hot and delicious. I loved the ginger dressing on my salad and Sarah smashed her seaweed salad. I devoured my nigiri and she shared her tuna with me. The service was quick but not too kurt, even though we realized we were the last people in the place before lunch closing. We drank our little sake pot and ate our yummies, then paid our reasonably low bill for two. The server asked us did we want anything else as they were closing up the sushi bar, we thanked her and kindly declined. We were quite the full girls. I will totally come in again, maybe even for dinner my next visit. I asked the sushi chef how busy they get at night and he said I should call first. Hunny and I dine here almost every Wednesday on Laundry night. We've also taken to reserving their Private room for birthday parties. Excellent service and ohhhhhhhh the sushi rolls that we've indulged in! The black mamba is an explosion of flavor in my mouth to be savored. Monthi says baked lobster roll is her saving grace. They also were taught about their faith and surrounded by people that LIVED that faith. Our whole family was surrounded by families that lived the Catholic faith which had a positive affect on our whole family. I recommend this school to everyone I know.Let me start by saying I LOVED the Park Avenue Pub! The atmosphere is small, warm, cozy, romantic, inviting, etc.. Definitely not a pub! We went on a Thursday night, without a reservation, around 6 - 6:30. One of the waiters offered to take my coat when we entered the restaurant (nice touch). There were only a few tables seated at that point so we were seated right away. The waiters were very professional and knowledgeable. I ordered one of the specials, baked swai fish with crab (can't remember the full name of the dish). It was a little spicy, which I like, and came with rice and green beans. It was fantastic and highly recommended. My BF ordered the 3 courses for $30 deal, which came with an app (Portobello mushroom and puff pastry - YUM), dinner course (many to choose from, he chose the rib eye with Cajun onions), and a dessert (frozen peanut butter pie). Everything was delicious....from the bread they started us with to the peanut butter pie. We both cleaned our plates!!! It's a little more pricy than I expected but well worth it! This restaurant will be going in to my regular rotation of places to dine!Thank you so much! The police officers at Aumsville police department were patient and helped me look for my scared puppy that got stuck in a river and couldn't get back to me because of thick sticker bushes. The search went in for four or more hours, in The freezing cold weather and after the sun set. I was out the entire time, and he ended up close to home with the police trying to get him. He ran straight to me and was so happy to be home with his momma. Thanks to three very patient police and a community watching for him we ended the night on a happy note together!Great facility even though it is a little dated. Very helpful staff that is friendly and respectful. Not a bad seat in the house.A great place to raise your kids. Dominique is great at what she does and is a true professional! I highly recommend her for a pleasant experience.Had a Salisbury steak sandwich on soft roll, grilled chicken sandwich, corn dog, and curly fries...all excellent!Fernando is THE go-to guy if you are looking for the home that is perfect for you. He helped us for months and met with us every time we asked him and sometimes showed up even if we didn't. :) He is loyal, committed, thorough, and will definitely go the extra mile to make sure you are happy during the process, and in the end. He helped us by selling our home in Milpitas and did his best to make us a decent profit, so we could buy our upgraded home in lovely Morgan Hill. He dealt with both ends of the deal, selling one house, and was our agent on the buying end as well. I would recommend Fernando without hesitation. Hopefully you will choose Fernando next time you decide to look for a new home, you won't be sorry if you do.Service was good but taco meat and shredded cheese they put into tacos has no flavor at all. Crowd: Pretty crowded for a Monday night. My friend and I didn't have to wait, but when we left at about 6:30 there was definitely a queue. Food: We got a basket of chips to start and it was enough for both of us and some to take to go. The salsas are great and I'm a particular fan of the sweet chipotle one. Although...it doesn't seem that spicy at first but then it'll hit you in an enduring wave of mouth-burning later. I got the ostiones tacos (three open faced tacos with fried oysters, shredded cabbage, and avocado sauce). Super delicious, and I'm on the hunt for a recipe for that avocado sauce. The camarones burrito (shrimp burrito) is also really good and about the size of an infant. Other winners include the bacalao taco and the enchiladas, of which there are several varieties and delicious sauces to go with. The only thing I've had here on my multitude of visits that I haven't liked is the tostada plate during happy hour. Not much flavor, and kind of difficult to eat. Service: Not bad, but it took a long time for us to get our waters refilled. It wouldn't have been a problem if my mouth wasn't burning from the salsa! So we are told it will take a fee minutes for the onion rings, ok no problem, we get to the window they say her corn dogs will take longer can we go park. Ok. We get our root beer floats or what was supposed to be root beer don't know what it was but it was horrible. Get our bag of food one order of onion rings and one order of fries. Really? Is your job that hard? We each had an onion ring OMG where is the flavor? Undercooked flour tasting onions. Horrible! Neither of us touched the fries. Hamburger, the onions were cut so thick they may as well been the burger. I took all but one off and all I tasted the rest of the day was onion. Corn dogs, no condiments so my sis went inside to get mustard, she said that didn't even help the bland dogs. I'm not sure if it was just this location or all A&W franchises. The parking elevators go as high as the 3rd floor where the lab is. No need to Change elevators in the lobby.Great experience... the tech was quick and professional... and COURTEOUS!I would give this place a 3.5 but there are no half stars and i would rather round up than down. The food is better than any other Chinese food chain, and portions are definitely larger but the establishment is not as eye appealing. The other review stating it was a hole in the wall is correct. The center it it in offers a variety of different cuisines. The chow mein could be better but the Orange chicken, jalapeno chicken and bbq pork are delicious! We go here about once every other week, so you can say the whole family digs the food.If your there to deliver your baby- ask for Dr. Tynes . Our friend recommended that Dr. Cederbaum actually does the cleaning herself. We didn't get Dr. Cederbaum, but were both seen by her associate Dr. McMurray. (I think they alternate staffing their Ravenna and East side offices.) It was a pleasant, gentle and pain-free experience, so after first visit, thumbs up.It's undergone significant renovation and improvement, and now it has become a very student-nurturing environment. The faculty is filled with patient, loving teachers and staff and the construction efforts have paid off in full. The playground, the classrooms, and the hallways are all full of life and excitement. Vejar offers a very rewarding experience!Donating Blood is a great way to help others and earn some money at the same time. The Delta Blood Bank is filled with a variety of helpful people who can take your blood donations whenever you are ready. They are very well organized and are very reliable.
